• Relevant experience in construction or maintenance roles
• Valid CSR card and full driving licence
• Demonstrable customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and follow health and safety protocols
• Good IT skills and confidence using mobile devices or PDAs

• Assist tradesmen onsite with day-to-day tasks across void and tenanted properties
• Conduct kerbing, fencing, flagging, and block work activities
• Assist with concreting, loading/unloading materials, and securing equipment
• Support safe installation and securement of materials, adhering to health and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and tidy work site at all times
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Follow instructions from site managers to meet client needs and project deadlines
