Maintenance Person
Location:
Brooklands Nursing Home, 66 Hospital Road, Magherafelt.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of the home.
- Conduct weekly health and safety checks.
- Carry out general DIY tasks around the building.
- Utilise trade skills such as joinery, plumbing or electrical work when needed.
- Decorate and maintain buildings as required.
- Experience in daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
- Own transport and tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and reliable time management.
- Enjoy decorating and maintaining buildings.
