About you Time-served or appropriately qualified joiner with relevant experience Skilled in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, kitchen installation, door fitting, and glazing Valid CSR Card and full driving licence Good communication skills and customer service awareness Available for out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis Able to work safely at heights, with harness training preferred Experience in social housing is advantageous Comfortable working with mobile devices such as PDA or smartphones What you'll do Carry out response maintenance repairs, including fault finding, roofing, and general joinery works in occupied and void properties Complete 1st and 2nd fix tasks such as door installations, ironmongery repairs, kitchen fitting, and glazing Work collaboratively with team members to deliver courteous and high-quality service to tenants and clients Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring all work areas are left tidy Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation on time Operate safely at heights with harness use when required Support the aims of the organisation by maintaining professional standards and exceptional customer care For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
