About you
- Time-served or appropriately qualified joiner with relevant experience
- Skilled in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, kitchen installation, door fitting, and glazing
- Valid CSR Card and full driving licence
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness
- Available for out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis
- Able to work safely at heights, with harness training preferred
- Experience in social housing is advantageous
- Comfortable working with mobile devices such as PDA or smartphones
What you'll do
- Carry out response maintenance repairs, including fault finding, roofing, and general joinery works in occupied and void properties
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix tasks such as door installations, ironmongery repairs, kitchen fitting, and glazing
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver courteous and high-quality service to tenants and clients
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring all work areas are left tidy
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation on time
- Operate safely at heights with harness use when required
- Support the aims of the organisation by maintaining professional standards and exceptional customer care
