About you

• Time-served or appropriately qualified joiner with relevant experience
• Skilled in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, kitchen installation, door fitting, and glazing
• Valid CSR Card and full driving licence
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness
• Available for out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis
• Able to work safely at heights, with harness training preferred
• Experience in social housing is advantageous
• Comfortable working with mobile devices such as PDA or smartphones

What you'll do

• Carry out response maintenance repairs, including fault finding, roofing, and general joinery works in occupied and void properties
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix tasks such as door installations, ironmongery repairs, kitchen fitting, and glazing
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver courteous and high-quality service to tenants and clients
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring all work areas are left tidy
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation on time
• Operate safely at heights with harness use when required
• Support the aims of the organisation by maintaining professional standards and exceptional customer care
