Burnview Healthcare is recruiting a part-time Maintenance Person to keep the care home safe and well maintained. You will handle routine plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, and general upkeep, while liaising with external contractors as needed.
Responsibilities include safety checks, fire alarm tests, keeping records for regulatory compliance (RQIA), and supporting inspections. A Enhanced Access NI check is required; prior building-trade qualification is preferred.
