The Lead Superintendent has full responsibility for on-site construction operations from project start through completion. This role owns schedule execution, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all daily jobsite operations
- Manage subcontractors and field staff
- Drive schedule, quality, and safety performance
- Coordinate closely with Project Management and ownership
- Maintain site logistics and inspections
- 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Proven success leading large, ground-up projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and safety
