We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, bilingual (English and Spanish) Construction Laborer to join our crew. This is an entry-level position. You'll help with everything from pouring concrete footings and foundations to general building and assembly work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete footings and foundations.
- Support general building tasks, including framing, assembly, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Read and follow basic instructions and diagrams from supervisors and lead crew members.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods.
- Able to work in outdoor jobsites
