Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 2 or 3, to join our team in Magna, UT. This position will be 100% onsite and cannot accommodate remote work. This individual will interface closely with other Program Cost and Schedule Control Analysts, Control Account Managers (CAMs) as well as other management and Business/Finance to provide financial support and analysis.

Role and Impact:
* Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks, Integrated Baseline Review (I ), Internal EVM reporting.

* Set up and maintain cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.

* Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

* Support the Control Account Managers (CAMs) in the Variance Analysis Reporting (VAR) process.

* Lead the Baseline Change Control process by working with CAMs, Schedulers and other staff to document and implement change requests into the cost management system (Cobra).

* Work with Control Account Managers to prepare budgets and schedules and forecasts for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.

* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience

* Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree

* Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating

* Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting

* Earned Value Management System (EVM) experience.

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. Basic Qualifications - Level 3:
* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant Business Management/Finance related professional experience

* Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree

* Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating

* Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting

* Earned Value Management System (EVM) experience

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications - both levels:
* EVM experience related to DCAA and DCMA compliance

* Experience with cost management software including Deltek Cobra

* Experience with scheduling software including Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project

* Experience with materials planning and management software including Deltek Costpoint and/or SAP
