At Northrop Grumman Space Sector, we are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Magna, UT. This role involves monitoring baseline contract activities and administering forthcoming contracts, modifications and task orders, with responsibility for contractual obligations and compliance.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze requests for proposals and contracts and changes for contractual based risks, acceptability, and recommended revisions.
- Provide contract guidance on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) requirements and compliance.
- Provide delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL) items.
- Partner with Program Contracting Officer.
- Support Supply Chain Manager in subcontract execution compliance.
- Provide contract interpretation and execution.
- Support Program Change Requests (PCR) review and approval.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Level2 – Bachelor’s degree with 2+years of relevant professional contracts experience – OR – Master’s degree with 1+years of relevant professional contracts experience
- Level3 – Bachelor’s degree with 5+years of relevant professional contracts experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+years of relevant professional contracts experience
- Will consider an additional 4+years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
- Knowledge of multiple contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials or Cost‑Plus Fixed Fee.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Prior experience within aerospace or defense.
- Experience with incentive fee and award fee contract types.
- Contract Management Certification (Certified Professional Contract Manager, Certified Commercial Contract Manager, Certified Federal Contract Manager, Certified Contract Management Associate).
Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 – $. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives.
