Parts Runner

We're seeking a reliable and organized Parts Runner to support our shop operations. The Parts Runner plays a key role in keeping our mechanics and field crews moving by quickly sourcing, picking up, and delivering parts and materials. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials to job sites and the shop
• Maintain accurate records of parts ordered, picked up, and delivered
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and tracking
• Coordinate with mechanics and purchasing staff for part needs
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Perform general shop support tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with construction equipment and parts is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
