Welder

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with different welding techniques, maintains high quality standards, and works safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
• Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, and positioning parts for welding.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment when needed.

• Previous welding experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to weld stainless steel
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in fabrication or industrial welding.
