Crusher Operator Laborer

• Safely operate equipment for and around crushing plants to feed, stockpile, and clean up materials.
• Assist on crushing plant operations as needed.
• Shovel, grease, and perform maintenance on and around plant equipment.
• Be flexible with other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Perform manual labor as required.
• Travel to job sites as necessary.

• Experience operating a loader.
• Pipe laying experience.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Ability to handle and manipulate objects repetitively.
• Good vision and ability to distinguish between back‑up alarms, voices, and other normal sounds on construction sites.
• Dependability and ability to work safely.
• Environmental adaptability.
• Independent, self‑motivated work ethic.
• Team player who can work with a diverse group toward a common goal.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights, and some Saturdays.
