Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs;
Manage telephone handling per company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers of shipments;
Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using electronic ledger;
Process and stage returns; issue refunds using correct payment methods;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure staff adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money/deposits and prepare bank deposits;
Ensure night security lights on, lock and secure building, arm/disarm alarms, and secure delivery vehicles;
Perform other duties as assigned
