- Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
We are a trusted provider of specialized heavy construction and deep foundation drilling equipment across North America. We partner exclusively with two global manufacturers to support complex projects such as:
Bridges, High Rises, Cranes, Excavators Drill Rigs, Oil & Gas. Beyond equipment sales and rentals, we deliver hands on field service, maintenance, and technical support directly at our customer job sites. Our technicians play a critical role, not just fixing equipment but helping customers keep projects moving safely, efficiently and profitably.
- Guaranteed pay stability: 80 hours per week, even between projects.
- Position is paid hourly at $45-50/hr, with OTE ~125-150k
- Top-tier compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, per diem, and daily bonus potential of up to $1,000/day. - Travel with purpose:
Work on major infrastructure and drilling projects across the U.S. and internationally (including seasonal work in Nova Scotia and Squamish BC). - Autonomy & trust:

- Perform field service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy construction and drilling equipment.
- Travel to customer sites across assigned regions (AZ, UT, CA, TX).
- Communicate directly with customers and identify opportunities to upsell services.
- Accurately document work performed, travel time, and service details.
- Represent company professionally onsite and in the field.
- Strong hands-on experience working on heavy equipment.
- Technical experience priority:
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulics or Welding
- Electronics
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Customer-facing mindset; sales or service upselling experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.
- Passport preferred (international travel opportunities).
- Willingness to work long hours and stay overnight as projects require.
