Apprentice Electrician Company Overview

We are a growing electrical contractor specializing in residential and light commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician who is eager to learn the trade and grow within our company.

The Apprentice Electrician will work under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This position offers hands‑on training and the opportunity to gain real‑world field experience.

• Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
• Pull wire and run conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid)
• Install electrical panels, breakers, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all local and national electrical codes
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Load and unload materials and organize tools
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in an approved electrical apprenticeship program
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and safety practices
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces, heights, and various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
