• You will conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, safety features, and overall vehicle condition to keep assets reliable and roadworthy
• Diagnose and resolve issues across engines, transmissions, suspension systems, braking systems, and electrical components using structured troubleshooting
• Perform timely repairs and replacements on tires, brakes, bearings, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to reduce downtime
• Execute preventive maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and precise lubrication to extend equipment service life
• Test vehicle systems after repair to guarantee functionality and compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Manage accurate service logs, repair records, and inspection documentation; communicate repair recommendations to management; schedule warranty work with equipment manufacturers; uphold a clean and organized work environment while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials
• Operate snowplow equipment to safely and efficiently clear snow and ice from roads and designated areas, ensuring safe travel conditions.

• Safety‑focused professional who upholds rigorous safety protocols, protects teammates and customers, and maintains an organized, hazard‑free workspace
• Minimum of three years of commercial vehicle maintenance experience with demonstrated success across engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, suspensions, and braking systems
• Hold Automotive Service Excellence certifications or equivalent expertise and actively pursue ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Communicate clearly with management and drivers, deliver precise documentation, and take responsibility for proactive recommendations that prevent downtime
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple work orders, prioritize preventive maintenance, and guarantee quality through thorough testing and verification against company and regulatory requirements
• Preferred possession of a Commercial Driver License Class A or Class B, and value a customer‑oriented, inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are respected
