Job Summary:

Duties and responsibilities include performing daily inspections of equipment, performing site inspections to ensure safety, performing maintenance on equipment as needed, monitoring production, completing required reports, communicating effectively to co-workers, management, suppliers, and others you come in contact with, manual labor including shoveling excess material away from plant, and performing other duties as assigned. Drug free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.

Minimum qualifications include a proven work history, preferably in the construction industry, preferred equipment operator experience, mechanical experience preferably around asphalt plants and/or rock crushers and heavy equipment, ability to meet company attendance policy, willingness to work varied and extended hours, and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected.
