Oversee on-site fence installation and repair activities to ensure adherence to specifications;
Meet with site superintendent or designated representative to confirm work orders and project scope;
Maintain training records, enforce safety regulations, and conduct safety tailgate meetings;
Record production and operational data and communicate status to Fence Manager at end of shift
