The Opportunity

Amfuel is seeking a hands‑on commercial leader to drive growth across aerospace aftermarket, OEM, military aviation, and defense‑related programs throughout the U.S. market.

This role supports mission‑critical aerospace and military aviation programs across OEM, aftermarket, and defense environments.

This is not a purely strategic leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can actively:

  • drive customer relationships
  • support RFQs and proposals
  • manage commercial execution
  • identify growth opportunities
  • and help expand a growing aerospace business

The environment is highly execution‑oriented and suited for someone who understands the realities of the aerospace aftermarket industry:

  • technical coordination
  • operator support
  • long‑cycle aerospace sales
  • military aviation environments
  • and fast‑moving commercial operations

You will inherit an active business pipeline and play a direct role in scaling revenue growth and expanding strategic aerospace customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth across aerospace aftermarket, OEM, military aviation, and defense programs
  • Develop and expand relationships with OEMs, operators, military customers, distributors, and aerospace partners
  • Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing coordination, and proposal activities
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across aerospace and defense markets
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
  • Support fast‑moving customer requirements within a highly responsive aerospace environment
  • Lead and support a small commercial team
  • Monitor pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and customer engagement
  • Travel across the United States and occasionally internationally
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience within aerospace, defense, aviation aftermarket, OEM programs, MRO environments, or military aviation support
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships within technical aerospace environments
  • Experience supporting:
    • RFQs
    • proposals
    • pricing activities
    • customer programs
  • Strong understanding of aerospace aftermarket and aviation support environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, execution‑driven organizations
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering, operations, and technical teams
Preferred Experience
