About Amfuel

Amfuel, a DART Aerospace company, specializes in the design and manufacturing of aviation fuel cells and flexible liquid storage solutions supporting aerospace, defense, rotorcraft, fixed-wing, and military aviation programs worldwide.

Our products support mission-critical operations across military, commercial, and specialty aerospace environments where safety, reliability, and operational performance are essential.

The organization supports a broad range of aerospace and defense applications, including:

  • fixed-wing aircraft,

  • and specialized aerospace systems.
The Opportunity

Amfuel is seeking a hands-on commercial leader to drive growth across aerospace aftermarket, OEM, military aviation, and defense-related programs throughout the U.S. market.

This role supports mission-critical aerospace and military aviation programs across OEM, aftermarket, and defense environments.

This is not a purely strategic leadership role.

We are looking for someone who can actively:

  • drive customer relationships,
  • support RFQs and proposals,
  • manage commercial execution,
  • identify growth opportunities,
  • and help expand a growing aerospace business.

The environment is highly execution-oriented and suited for someone who understands the realities of the aerospace aftermarket industry:

  • technical coordination,
  • operator support,
  • long-cycle aerospace sales,
  • military aviation environments,
  • and fast-moving commercial operations.

You will inherit an active business pipeline and play a direct role in scaling revenue growth and expanding strategic aerospace customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth across aerospace aftermarket, OEM, military aviation, and defense programs
  • Develop and expand relationships with OEMs, operators, military customers, distributors, and aerospace partners
  • Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing coordination, and proposal activities
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across aerospace and defense markets
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
  • Support fast-moving customer requirements within a highly responsive aerospace environment
  • Lead and support a small commercial team
  • Monitor pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and customer engagement
  • Travel across the United States and occasionally internationally
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience within aerospace, defense, aviation aftermarket, OEM programs, MRO environments, or military aviation support
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships within technical aerospace environments
  • Experience supporting:
  • RFQs,
  • proposals,
  • pricing activities,
  • customer programs,
  • Strong understanding of aerospace aftermarket and aviation support environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, execution-driven organizations
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering, operations, and technical teams
Preferred experience includes:
  • military aviation,
  • rotorcraft,
  • aviation services,
  • OEM support,
  • or government-related aerospace environments
Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • commercially driven,
  • customer-oriented,
  • operationally grounded,
  • highly responsive,
  • and comfortable balancing relationship management with execution.
The ideal candidate understands both:
  • aerospace customer expectations,
  • and
  • the operational realities of aerospace manufacturing environments.
  • Competitive base salary aligned with the aerospace and defense market
  • Performance-based annual bonus structure
  • Relocation assistance and sign-on support available
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Fully covered business travel expenses
Additional Requirements

Due to defense program requirements and export control regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens to be considered for this position.

Why Join Amfuel & DART Aerospace?
  • Work on mission-critical aerospace and military aviation programs
  • Join a growing aerospace organization with strong technical capabilities
  • Gain exposure across OEM, aftermarket, military, and operator environments
  • High visibility with leadership and strategic aerospace customers
  • Opportunity to directly influence commercial growth initiatives
  • Ownership of a significant multi-million-dollar aerospace business scope
