Onsite IT Support Engineer - Magnolia, AR
Duration: June 2026 - November 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs
Experience: 4 years+ experience
Job Description- Ticket management and hands‑on troubleshooting (hardware, software, network)
- End‑user support as the primary onsite IT contact
- Full onboarding preparation (laptops, accounts, software, day‑1 support)
- Device lifecycle management (setup, reimaging, upgrades, replacements)
- OS maintenance and patching
- Physical network support (cabling, connectivity)
- Coordination with remote IT teams
- Continuous support with evolving daily workload
