- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost
- Analyze process performance using data‑driven methods to identify waste, variability, and improvement opportunities
- Lead or support process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives
- Work in field roles to learn processes and procedures

- Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive practical, sustainable improvements
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Possess high integrity and work under the guidelines of CMC's core values
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be available upon the needs of the business, including occasional shift work
- Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Shows a safety first mindset; recommends improvements to make the workplace safer for self and others
- Understanding of the industrial manufacturing environment, including shop‑floor operations and production workflows
- Bachelor's Degree required
