Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking a Nurse Resident RN I for the 4 South unit at Magnolia Hospital. This one-year residency is designed for new graduates to launch a career in oncology inpatient care, with mentored practice and structured transitions.
The program includes eight-hour paid education days off unit, unit orientation of 12 or 16 weeks, and ongoing leadership development. BSN, Florida RN license, and BLS are required; ACLS may be required within 6 months.
