This is a PRN float team member position. This team member provides patient-centered care and operational support across multiple procedural areas, including Procedure Suites, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology (IR). This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to varying procedural environments while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and service excellence.

• Current FL RN licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and staffing needs.
• BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 1 year of relevant experience

• Previous experience in procedural services, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, surgery, or critical care.
• Experience with moderate sedation and recovery care.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and procedural workflows.
• Strong IV skills

Salary Range $48.75 - $48.75 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
