SummaryJob Summary
Supports the hospital mission and vision by providing excellent service to patients, visitors, hospital employees and all other gift shop customers. Maintains gift shop appearance and cleanliness. Promotes gift shop sales through product knowledge and customer interaction. Handles cash carefully and accurately.
Responsibilities- Each employee’s most important role is to provide exceptional customer service to every customer who enters the gift shop.
- Each Sales Associate will be assigned certain tasks for each shift to ensure the store is clean and looks its best.
- Surfaces should be cleaned as per the gift shop schedule and instructions.
- All employees are responsible to follow company policy for taking credit cards and other forms of payment (e.g. cash, payroll deduction, hospital charge account, etc.).
- High School Diploma/GED
- One (1) year cashier, general customer service, or related experience.
- Ability to utilize a computerized cash register system with training.
- Salary Range $16.40 - $22.38
- Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
- Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
