Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to call on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services and build referral relationships.
You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, prioritize accounts, and provide input on key opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within the territory as required.
