Our apartment community in Magnolia, AR is seeking a dedicated and professional Courtesy Officer to ensure rules and regulations are followed, and our residents feel safe and secure. If you are committed to making a difference in a residential community, we want you on our team!

• Walk the grounds and check all common buildings and amenities, including the Clubhouse, pool, and playground areas, at least twice per night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights a week.
• Monitor and identify suspicious activity, reporting it immediately to local authorities and the Community Director.
• Provide extra patrol on holidays such as the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, and as needed.
• Note areas of poor lighting or malfunctioning security lights and report them to the Community Director.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and inform them of your presence on the property.
• Submit a weekly written report/log of all activities encountered to the Community Director.
• Avoid apprehending or attempting a citizen's arrest unless necessary to protect someone from immediate danger.

• Must be a licensed law enforcement officer in the same city or municipality as the property.
• Police academy training or related law enforcement training required.
• Required to live on the property (apartment included).
