Good Samaritan Pipestone MN is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse. The RN uses independent judgment to plan, organize, direct and evaluate nursing staff in the resident care plan.
You will lead the MDS and RAIs, assess admissions and ongoing care to ensure the best possible quality of life for residents. The RN coordinates with families and the interdisciplinary team, conducts assessments and ensures care plans remain current while maintaining standards of practice and ethics.
