Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Quick Books and Net Suite
, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage general ledger entries and journal postings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
• Maintain and reconcile Quick Books and Net Suite accounting systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with audits and provide requested financial documentation

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Net Suite (required)
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
  
  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Bachelor’s a plus)
