• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas
• Previous counseling experience within a K-12 educational environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to multiple school cultures
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in counseling practice
• Positive collaboration with teachers, staff, and administration
• Strong organizational skills to track progress and schedule sessions across various campuses

• Deliver one-on-one and group counseling sessions addressing academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns
