Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Job Description

Salary: $16 - $22 per hour

Autism House is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum, providing direct therapy from 8:45 AM‑12:45 PM under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will help make a positive impact on the development and progress of the children we serve.

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy to children in both individual and group settings
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with implementing strategies to increase socially significant behaviors
• Work closely with families to support progress both at school and at home
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions as needed

• Current RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible
