About the Role

Magnolia Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. We believe in treating every patient as an individual and giving our therapists the time and autonomy to deliver exceptional care.

We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. You'll manage your own caseload from the initial evaluation through discharge, building meaningful relationships while creating personalized treatment plans that produce lasting results.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to support patient recovery
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Uphold a positive, motivating clinic environment that supports patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and self-motivated professional
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Two or more years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
