SYNERGY Home Care of Conroe is seeking an exceptional, highly skilled, compassionate, and dependable caregiver to provide outstanding in-home care to our clients in the Magnolia, TX area.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats every client with dignity and respect, and understands that exceptional caregiving is about more than completing tasks—it is about making a meaningful difference in someone's life.
What You'll Do- Provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized in-home care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders according to the care plan
- Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate professionally with the SYNERGY Home Care team

Qualifications- Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with personal care and activities of daily living
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
- Ability to work independently while following a care plan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to care for and support others
