Kreative Media is a growing, award-winning digital marketing agency specializing in full-service brand optimization, including SEO, PPC management, web development, and social strategy. We are seeking a full-time SEO & PPC Account Manager to join our in-house team in Magnolia, TX.
About the RoleThe SEO & PPC Account Manager will manage a portfolio of 15+ client accounts, overseeing both organic and paid search performance. This role is responsible for strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting, and ongoing client communication across SEO and PPC channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, analytically driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while delivering measurable results across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute monthly SEO strategies tailored to each client
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)
- Support and manage Meta advertising campaigns as a plus (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and local SEO implementation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
- Monitor SEO and PPC performance to identify growth opportunities and optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams including copywriters, web developers, and account managers
- Manage client communication, provide ongoing updates, and lead monthly reporting calls
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Rank Math, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Agency Analytics
- Maintain accurate documentation in and support internal project workflows
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts and PPC budgets
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (preferred, not required)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and local search strategy
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SEO, PPC, and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
