What You'll Be Doing- Lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Supervise and support plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance to meet customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and achieve operational objectives.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage production activities, coordinate resources, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Primarily works in an outdoor production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Frequently interacts with heavy equipment, mobile equipment, and industrial production processes.
- May be required to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
- Hourly $26-$28/hr
