The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise required by business needs.
- Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
- Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
- Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
- Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. - Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
- Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
- Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
- Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
- Maintain a safe and productive environment following safety guidelines.
- Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
- Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
- Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
- Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Complete all required training successfully.
