Store Lead

Kolache Factory is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Magnolia team as a Team Lead (Management Trainee). This position is designed for individuals who want more than just a job-it is a leadership development opportunity with a clear path toward becoming a Store Manager.

As a Team Lead, you will work alongside our management team to learn the skills, responsibilities, and leadership qualities required to successfully operate a Kolache Factory location. You'll help lead daily operations, support team members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain our quality and operational standards.

What You'll Do

* Lead by example and set the standard for customer service

* Assist in overseeing daily bakery and café operations

* Support and coach team members during shifts

* Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met

* Assist with opening and closing procedures

* Help manage cash handling and operational accountability

* Maintain a positive, productive, and guest-focused environment

* Learn the operational and leadership skills necessary for store management
