Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop by welcoming golfers, processing charges at the register, and checking in players before their rounds.;
Handle member/guest inquiries, manage tee-time bookings in person and over the phone, and maintain a calm, courteous demeanor.;
Oversee inventory management by checking in merchandise, organizing stores displays, and maintaining stock levels.;
Assist with course operations by marshaling, starting, and supporting outside services as needed.;
Provide operational and administrative support to the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators.
