- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives and risk profiles.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless policy issuance and client onboarding.
- Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Previous Allstate experience is preferred.
- Expectation of 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and a strong client-first approach.
- Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
