- Assist with project costing and budget-to-actual variances.
- Support percentage-of-completion accounting and project financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Apply GAAP and revenue recognition principles to accounting transactions.
- Assist with process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
- Cross-train in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales tax, payroll, and general ledger functions
