Marketing Strategy
Reporting to the Product Lead, the Product Analyst ensures the brand comes to life through successful, market-ready products. This role exists to monitor the market and competition, plan product programs, and guide models from concept through to launch, ensuring flawless execution and commercial success.
What you will be doing- Lead product planning from concept through launch, ensuring products deliver against brand strategy and commercial objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy and specifications
- Develop robust product plans including specifications, pricing strategy, and volume forecasts
- Partner closely with Sales Planning to align pricing, volumes, and market readiness
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and dealers to deliver launch milestones on time and on budget
- Represent US market needs within global product teams and planning forums
- Maintain the product planning calendar and manage model lifecycle plans
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues that could impact product delivery or launch readiness
- Analyze post‑launch performance and share insights with US and global stakeholders to optimize ongoing commercial performance
- Strong experience in product planning and go‑to‑market processes
- Proven ability to work with pricing, forecasting, and volume planning
- Highly organized with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, brand, and financial priorities
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in complex, global, cross‑functional environments
Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – office days; Wednesday and Friday – choice days)
Compensation & BenefitsBase pay may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will” position.
