We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support the design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to evaluate, maintain, and enhance equipment and systems while ensuring quality standards, operational efficiency, and reliability are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical machines, equipment, tools, engines, and systems.
- Ensure manufacturing processes maintain or exceed established quality standards and industry requirements.
- Support the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of facility and utility systems, including centralized heating, gas, water, and steam systems.
- Evaluate mechanical products, equipment, and systems to determine cost-effectiveness, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity.
- Assess field installations and recommend design modifications or corrective actions to eliminate malfunctions and improve system performance.
- Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot equipment concerns, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support engineering, operational, and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing manufacturing and operational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to analyze technical information and make sound engineering recommendations.
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A hands‑on approach to solving engineering challenges.
