Project Manager, Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Inte Pros is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support capital projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on equipment, process improvements, and automation projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors.

• Lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects from kickoff through implementation
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Support equipment installations, qualification, and production readiness
• Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

• 2+ years of project management experience leading capital, equipment, or manufacturing projects
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or engineering environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry preferred)
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred

• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
• PMP certification
• Experience with equipment qualification (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, FAI)
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
