Sr Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support a leading medical device manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to work on manufacturing processes, equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing equipment installation, qualification, maintenance, and optimization.
• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Investigate equipment and process issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, quality, and engineering initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing data and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and manufacturing regulations.
• Participate in equipment validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment, process improvements, or validation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar) is preferred.
