Reporting to this position:

Prepare and maintain company financial records in accordance with GAAP.

• Maintain General Ledger
• Prepare and review journal entries, supporting schedules, account analyses, and reconciliations
• Generate, review, and analyze financial reports and statements
• Perform monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Flux Analysis
• Review, analyze, and track inventory and reconcile variances
• Complete quarterly disclosure packages
• Assist controller with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Support leadership with various ad‑hoc reporting and analysis
  • Margin Analysis, Inventory Analysis, KPI/trend analysis, etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently on assigned projects.
• Capable of following all required SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel (at an advanced level), Word, Outlook, and Power Point

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/ or Finance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
