Job Description- Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
- Leads tellers in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs while educating customers on options for managing financial transactions through technology, tools and resources.
- Exhibits clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk – effectively manages all risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based on company, business and/or individual performance.
