UNKNOWN is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Administrative roles. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and keep ATS records up to date to ensure a positive candidate experience.
You will build pipelines for current and future openings, post jobs on Linked In, Indeed, Google, and other sources, and assist with onboarding documents and offers. Travel up to 10% may be required.
