Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP transformations to support a global healthcare devices/life sciences client. This role will lead SAP transformation initiatives, overseeing the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

HANA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale SAP projects, coordinating technical work streams, and engaging with executive leadership to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical SAP workstream, coordinating SAP assessment and transformation strategies from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

    HANA.
  • Oversee SAP transformation projects, providing key metrics and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Work closely with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk.
  • Proactively track project execution, manage change, resolve roadblocks, and remove obstacles to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain expertise in program management methodologies, business processes, and technical areas.
  • Contribute to best practices in program management methods and tools.
  • Identify and address gaps in the product development lifecycle with a detail-oriented approach.
    • Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience managing SAP transformation projects, particularly SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

    HANA.
  • Proven track record in technical project management, specifically in SAP implementations.
  • Experience working with executive-level leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and drive complex initiatives to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
