Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a global consumer electronics business on the search for a Marketing Advertising Manager
, based in New Jersey.
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Advertising Manager to own and scale our paid social and digital advertising efforts across platforms including You Tube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and analysing performance-driven campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing paid social campaigns end-to-end, with a strong understanding of platform integrations, tracking, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across You Tube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), and emerging platforms as needed
- Develop full-funnel media strategies, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
- Plan, launch, test, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics
- Partner closely with creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to develop compelling ad concepts, messaging, and formats
- Oversee platform integrations, including pixels, conversion tracking, audiences, and API connections
- Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and insights, and provide clear reporting and recommendations
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and strong performance
- Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, targeting capabilities, and best practices
- Collaborate with external agencies or platform partners as needed
- 4–7+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience managing You Tube Ads, Meta Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads
- Strong understanding of ad platform integrations, tracking, and attribution
- Experience working with creative testing frameworks and performance optimisation
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (platform dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- CPG experience strongly preferred
Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$65,000 - $85,000 USD
