Digital Transformation and Analytics Intern

Location: Mahwah, NJ

Program Length: July 2026 – June 2027

Schedule: Hybrid, 29 hours/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday and Friday as choice days)

• Focusing on specialized data analysis, data transformation, and data visualization activities across different departments (Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product).
• Assisting with custom statistical analysis and decision support, data engineering and transformation tasks, building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Developing detailed and robust customer journey maps.
• Creating a more seamless online/offline experience for customers and retailer.
• Evolving our data analytics strategy to improve customer marketing and commercial operations.
• Writing memos, training content, and other communications pieces to support Change Management efforts throughout the organization.
• Assisting with product testing and analysis, building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Enrolled in a college/university program as a Junior or Senior in the Fall of 2026 as a Business, Computer Science, or Data Science major.
• Experience using Tableau or another data visualization tool.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and retail network.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package may include a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will” position.
